2010 SIGN ON INFORMATION

The 2010 Sign on will be open for online registration from mid December 2009 for returning players. Early bird discount for returning players will be available between mid December and the 14th of January 2010.  Normal fees will apply from the 15th of January 2010 until the initial close of registration on Friday 29th January 2010. New players may sign on in person at the sign-on day. All fees and information are contained in the document below.  Please read on for further information.

FULL PAYMENT OF FEES IS REQUIRED AT SIGN-ON

Full payment of the complete registration fee for each player will be required at the time of registration.  Unfortunately the club does not offer any part-payment of registration fees.

REGISTRATION FEE

There has been an increase in registration fees for the 2010 season. This is to offest a reduced level of in-season fundraising activity for 2010.

The 2010 Fee Structure is outlined below.

• Included in the fee is a team photo for all players and junior carnivals (U5-U8) where applicable.
• All U5-U15 fees include the junior breakup day, free rides and a trophy for all players.
• Senior fees include one free entry to the end of year club senior dinner.
• A $10 early bird discount is available for returning 2009 players who register on-line by 9pm Thursday 14th of January 2010. Full payment of registration must be made to take advantage of this discount.
• A late fee will apply to returning players who register after 9pm Friday 29th of January 2010 whether in person or by internet.
  

FAMILY DISCOUNT FOR SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT CHILDREN

Where a family registers two or more children, a $30 discount will apply to the registration fee payable for the second child and any subsequent children.  Players in age groups of U15 and below are classified as children for the purposes of this policy.

PLAYER AND PARENT PARTICIPATION

All Families are expected to participate and assist with such duties as Line Marking, Working Bees, Oval setup, Carnivals etc.  Families are generally rostered with their team and normally once only during a season where possible.  A roster will be available on the website for all families.  Please participate as this club has no paid positions in an effort to reduce costs for all concerned.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION

Is available to all returning players from the previous season.  It is quick and easy for all members.  You must have access by JOINING the CLUB MAILING LIST.  If you dont have access, simply follow the article "Join Club Mailing List".  Once you have joined and login, your new user menu will show the Electronic Registration Form.  New players to the club registering after the initial sign on days will be able to access the online registration.

BPAY will be the only form of payment accepted for on-line registrations.

MasterCard and EFTPOS facilities will be available for payment of registration fees at the sign on days.

• Junior Colts (Under 17)
• Senior Ladies
• Senior Men
• Over 30 Men and Over 40 competition.

All beginners most welcome.

New Players require Proof of Age eg. Birth Certificate.

Full payment by cash or cheque is required. MasterCard and EFTPOS will be available.
