Team Gradings and Formations

At the start of every season, each team will need to come together early for either Formations or Gradings.

Formations

Formations are for the younger teams, where grading is not required for placement into a team. This means that players and their parents are required to all attend their Team Formations to be allocated into their team for a seasion, and positions such as Coach and Manager for that team can be decided.

As a volunteer organisation, the team Coaches and Managers must come from within the team, requiring one or more parents of team players to put their hand up and take on the rewarding role of either Coach, Manager or an Assistant.

Every single team needs at least one Coach and one Manager to play the season, so it is vital that parents step up!

Gradings

Gradings are for the older teams that require a grading process for each player to be allocated their position in a team. Gradings are generally run over two weeks, and it is vital that each player attends both nights of the grading process, to ensure they are correctly assessed, and to ensure fairness to every player involved.
